The participants were immersed in training and hands-on strategies in business growth and scalability. She recently completed the 12-week Women’s Business Development Center “Scale Up” program in Chicago. Additionally, she has earned a certification as a minority-owned business.

Education has always been a priority for Delia and she was the first in her family with the opportunity to go to college. She attended Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Accountancy from University of Illinois at Chicago.

Before starting her own consulting company, Delia held several pivotal IT leadership roles at Aon Corporation.
