Karen Brown is an experienced operations executive whose background is rich in multicultural, global experience. Her experience demonstrates success promoting inclusion and diversity within the corporate, non-profit, and academic sectors. Having served Baker McKenzie as Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, her key areas of expertise include advising top executives on appropriate strategies for the organization. These include making policy recommendations to enhance morale and productivity, limit job turnover, increase performance, and enhance business results. Karen is adept at leading organizations and implementing corporate-wide practices that encourage the hiring, development, and upward mobility of employees.

Karen founded the management consulting company, Bridge Arrow, whose mission is to connect the dots, linking Diversity & Inclusion to a business solution, making leaders more effective, and businesses more profitable.

Karen is currently an advisor to ICEDR — QUEST, Chicago United, and the National Organization on Disability.

  • Strategic business driver, coach, synergist and visionary for the second largest law firm in the world, Baker McKenzie. Appointed the firm's first Global CDIO. Developed new global supply chain plan which resulted in annual multi-million-dollar cost savings and reduced costs.
