Mitra is a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Consultant with a global focus on organizational/cultural assessment, creating and delivering innovative solutions and training services that help implement successful and targeted organizational strategies. She has over 20 years of combined organizational development, leadership development and diversity & inclusion experience across variety of industries including Kellogg’s Company, New York Life Insurance, Colgate Palmolive and Philip Morris Company.

Her extensive hands-on experience in establishing integrated diversity & inclusion strategy, implementation plan and execution as part of organizational development initiatives allows her to define clear objectives, results and sustainable success. Her accomplishments include:

• Establishing Diversity & Inclusion strategies that are innovative and well-integrated with business

practices with a focus on developing leaders and delivering exceptional business results

• Successfully coaching and training hundreds of culturally diverse leaders across Africa, Asia, Europe,

South America and North America

. Designing and developing more than a dozen training programs focusing on interpersonal skills, cultural

competencies & leadership skills

• Facilitating over 500 Leadership and Inclusion training sessions-training over 5000 people globally

• Designing and developing a state-of-the-art Train-The-Trainer program

• Certifying over 200 facilitators around the globe
